Description

This introductory course on wellness and resilience is specifically tailored for election officials. In this course, we will explore the fundamental principles of well-being and resilience, essential for navigating the challenges of election administration.


Together, we'll define stress, burnout and trauma, and learn to recognize the signs and symptoms. We will also review the basics of fostering a healthy work environment for both leaders and teammates. You will have opportunities to participate in hands-on exercises and learn how to apply these techniques to everyday life. And you will leave this course with strategies for enhancing wellness and resilience. 


This course should take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
